Announcer Guy

My Story

Growing up I was exposed to sports through youth teams playing soccer, basketball and football, but my love for announcing came to a head when given the chance to announce a watercross event.  From that moment, I knew what I wanted to do and over the years I perfected my craft until I was able to secure hockey, lacrosse, soccer, baseball, dance, and football at the high school level; added hockey at the Div III level as well as lacrosse, football and soccer at the Div II level.  I have been fortunate enough to announce the Minnesota State High School League Class 3AA Girl’s Ice Hockey Championships for the multiple seasons and also perform as public address announcer for the 2016 WCHA Final Face-off game between the University of Wisconsin Badgers and University of Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs.  In 2018, I announced the opening game of the NCAA Div III Women’s tournament, between Gustavus Adulphus and Wisconsin Eau Claire, a game that ended up being the longest playoff game in NCAA Div III women’s history.  I returned in 2019 to announce the NCAA Div III Women’s Ice Hockey Championships. In the fall of 2019 I was promoted to the number two announcer for the Minnesota Gophers Men’s and Women’s Hockey programs.  Since 2015 I have been the stadium voice of the Minnesota Vixen Women's Football team including director of game day fan experience.  In 2018 I was asked to become the official play by play voice of the Women's Football Alliance National Championship game and in 2021 began hosting a weekly web series during the season as well.    In the last seven seasons I have announced over 650 high school, college, and semi-pro sporting events. My experience and dedication will give your team something special in the and I look forward to working with the players, coaches, management, and fans.

Thank you for the consideration
